Shipping

Shipping is free and tracked on every order. Your order arrives in 7 to 12 days, and you get a tracking number by email when it ships.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the contiguous United States. We cannot currently deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If you order to one of these by mistake, we email you to arrange a shipping address we can reach, or refund you in full.

These are our usual times. Carrier delays and peak seasons can occasionally add a day or two. If anything holds your order up, we email you.
Cost
Shipping is free on every order. There are no duties, customs fees or charges at the door.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link. You can also check it at any time on our order tracking page with your order number and email address.
Problems with a delivery
If your parcel is late, shows as delivered but has not reached you, or arrives damaged, email team@thedeepsoak.com with your order number. We trace it with the carrier and, if it is lost or damaged, reship it or refund you. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
