1. Who we are

This website is operated by TheDeepSoak LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, of 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("we", "us"). Email: team@thedeepsoak.com.

2. Your order

• When you place an order you make an offer to buy. We accept it when we email your order confirmation.
• If we cannot supply your order, for example because an item is out of stock or we cannot ship to your address, we tell you and refund you in full.
• You must be at least 18 years old to order.

3. Prices and payment

• All prices are in US dollars. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout, including any optional extras you choose.
• Shipping is free.
• We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and PayPal. Payment is taken in full when you order, once. Nothing we sell is a subscription and we never charge you again without a new order.
• Your payment details are handled by our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card number.
• The charge appears on your statement under the name TheDeepSoak.

4. Shipping

Shipping times and the areas we ship to are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns, refunds and cancellation

Every DeepSoak Pro comes with a 365-night money-back guarantee, and you can cancel within 24 hours of ordering. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

6. Using the product

• The DeepSoak Pro is a bath mat for relaxation and personal comfort. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
• Follow the instructions in the box. Keep the air pump outside the bath and plug it into a grounded outlet.
• If you are pregnant, have a medical condition or are unsure whether a warm bath is right for you, check with your healthcare provider first.

7. Warranty

The Ritual includes a 1-year warranty, and optional Lifetime Protection is available before checkout. If a product is faulty, we replace it or refund you as set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

8. Our liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when you ordered. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. The website

The content of this website belongs to us. Product photos are for illustration; colours may differ slightly on your screen. We may update these terms from time to time, and the version shown when you order applies to that order.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable US federal law. If something goes wrong, please email us first: most problems are solved within a day. You may also contact your state consumer protection office.
